Shipping Policies

Please keep in mind while reading any policy on the Bundle and Stow website. I LOVE selling and shipping canvas tool rolls around the world and will always do my best to resolve any kerfluffle with a win-win resolution! -R


In an effort to stay agile, we keep a small inventory of our most popular items. Most items will ship with 1-3 business days of purchase.


Customers will receive a shipping notification via the email provided at checkout, including shipment tracking information.


Bundle and Stow uses a combination of USPS First Class, and Priority Mail services.


It is a total bummer for both of us if your package never makes it to you. Once it is in the mail, I have no more sway to its journey, if it ends up lost or stolen. And you’ll be picking up the tab on extra shipping fees for a package returned to Bundle and Stow because of customer absence, customer errors in addresses, or package refusal… and well that sucks.


Double and Triple check your address, I will do all my best, yet cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an error before shipping… email me asap! BundleandStow@gmail.com

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated based on weight. {If combined weight of items cost same as priority flat-rate envelope you will receive upgraded shping}

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International and prices are calculated based on weight.


International Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.  Any funds of this this nature are due upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bundle and Stow is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges required by your home country's regulations.


Please note that if a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal service to resolve any issues.
